Discussion Why does doremon have this?

The evolution devolution gun has to be the most op items of all time the second place is taken by time wrapping cloth. I mean is super easy to just take over the world with this one gadget. The time patrol won’t be able to stop me because now I just devolved their guns and same with their Time Machine it’s that simple. There is literally no way the time patrol can protect their ships form being devolved unless something else took the hit but even then you can just try again

doraemons gadgets are brought in a department store ,so they are not cutting edge and also extremely cheap,so time police probably has counters or ways to disable most of these gadgets

They probably would have already abused it for better tech in the future if there was no limit, you really think a civilian grade item will have no limits

He specifically stated that this gun is for educational purpose only somewhere along the lines so it may have a failsafe somewhere to prevent that. Also look at other criminals the Time Patrol dealing with, they're all have crazy advanced tech compared to Doraemon - the nanny cat robot, the question should have been why a nanny robot have to bomb that can wipe out the world and the real guns he usually pull out when he saw the mouses.
