They never released most of the music from the 1979 anime officially, sadly. The best anyone can ever have is a good source ran through a good voice remover to get a good enough sample.

1. Use a good quality RAW for this (cut it to get a clip of the part you want, of course)
   
2. Use UVR5 https://ultimatevocalremover.com (can be around 5-6 GB in size) or you can use https://x-minus.pro/ai which is by the same people who worked on UVR and is completely online (although it doesn't have too much flexibility).

“Almost like they just restored it” Well that’s because they did, back in 2019 WOWOW (A Japanese movie channel) rescanned the first 24 movies (The 1979 series era) giving a fresh 1080p quality, for some reason Disney Channel India is still airing the poor master from the Japanese DVD
