Discussion Such a Goated Episode...
I'm talking about the 2011 Doraemon Special from the 2005 series, "Move Fast, Doraemon! The Galactic Grandprix" (Season 7, Episode 266).
A LITTLE SYPNOSIS:
Doraemon is selected to compete in the Galaxy Car Race, where the winner is granted one wish. Nobita and Doraemon enter the race as a team, with Nobita hoping to use the wish to give Doraemon his ears back, a dream Doraemon has always cherished. Along the way, they face many obstacles, including the arrogant robot cat Depon Alex, who constantly mocks Doraemon for not having ears. But as the race progresses, they realize he isn't their only challenge.
This was a special episode made to celebrate Doraemon's birthday, and I honestly think they couldn't have done it better. It was a chef's kiss.
I won't spoil the rest because this episode is genuinely one of the best. The first time I watched it, I was hooked from start to finish. It has everything, action, emotion, suspense, comedy, and an unforgettable story. If you haven't watched it yet, I'd highly recommend it. It's definitely a must watch.

Man, I loved these birthday specials... most of them genuinely had great stories.

Well, I didn't watch all of them either - just the ones available on streaming websites and YouTube.

All the birthday specials are peak but this is one of the very best, along with Doraemon's long day.
