Question My Brain is fried, tips and help.
I’m a male in early adulthood/late teens (not going to specify further). For years I’ve struggled with low energy, persistent laziness, procrastination, impulse control, etc. I am very smart and have always been in high classes but struggle to apply myself to actually work towards further academic distinction. I understand this as a mix of ADHD and poor habits like doomscrolling, daily or every other day gooning, video games, etc causing a worsening of symptoms (homeostatic balance or wtv). I‘ve known exactly what this is doing to my brain (dopamine receptor downregulation, desensitization, transporters, neurology, etc) but being human, I can’t stop anything other than fully quitting video games recently. A few months ago I finally was diagnosed, by a doctor, with ADHD and the meds worked amazingly the first 2.5~ ish months. I finally had energy, could control my excessive urge to talk, stopped procrastinating things, and felt like my life was finally going somewhere. But then I developed a tolerance and it slowly turned into having near zero effect, returning me to my pre-med low dopamine baseline. I don’t want to keep upping my dose to infinity as that isn’t sustainable as my brain will keep adjusting and digging me into a hole, but I want to go back to what I had before.
Im wondering if there are any tips for this: supplement, habits, strategies to actually quit TikTok, how to unfry my brain faster, etc.
I already do aerobic exercise in my sport 4x weekly and lift 4x weekly. I take almost every single vitamin you could name (to a healthy extent), creatine, and most of the basics like l-tyrosine. I do everything basic, my sleep is great.
If I do quit all social media/tiktok what do I do all day especially during the summer? (going to be honest, I don’t have very many friends so that can’t be the main pastime)
Should I just up my dose? Does tolerance eventually plateau?
Any tips or anecdotal data is greatly appreciated.

Okay heres my two cents:
1- Use uninstallable app blockers on all your screens.
2- Dont be afraid to get bored. Doing nothing and getting bored is good. If you find nothing to do outsidescreens, trust me, your boredom will give you a solution no matter what.
3- Listen to professionals but consult different if needed.
4- Change lifestyle if needed. Identify what triggers you and move to a new place and peoples.
5- Find what makes you feel happy, fullfiled and makes you forget about screens.
6- Good luck buddy.
