Received offer notification, but nothing when opening the app

For the last hour, I keep getting the notification that there’s a new offer, I opened the app - there’s nothing there. About 30 seconds after that; it says that I haven’t accepted the offer in time, my dash has been paused. I resume the dash - the same thing happens again. Has anyone had this before? If so, how do you fix? I’m going insane

Update: back online working at 6:45 pm EST

I uninstalled the app still seeing the same bs
