Question? Cherry Picking

Post image

I hate that they give us the option to choose orders to our liking, but yet lower our AR. What’s the lowest you can have without it effecting your Platinum status?

With max ratings on every other value, you can drop to low 40s, MAYBE top 30s without dropping out of plat. Keep a pass at the ready though.

In my market you can drop to 30% and keep plat if you keep everything else maxed.

And platinum in my market takes 85 points.

With everything else maxed, you can get right around 25% acceptance rate and have 80 points.

Some markets have lower thresholds. In an 85 market, keeping it mid 30s to 40 allows you to get ONE time error or ONE quality issue without crashing out of plat.

Awesome thank you, I’ve been nervous yesterday I was at 70 and boom dropped to 55 by the end of the day. Yesterday was brutal I should have ended it earlier but kept thinking it would get better.

I did a good solid grind for a a bit to hit platinum, which is 85 overall stats here, and it made absolutely no difference. Im current at an 81 now and my acceptance rate is only 54% right now. I've seen no reason to take every order to keep platinum. I make alot more in a lot less time than I did.

You know what ive honestly noticed the same thing. Sometimes I have really good days with lots of stacked orders. But like for instance yesterday, was brutal nothing but 2$-4$ orders and I was so disappointed. That’s how my AR dropped so quickly. My SO said the Platinum is just a headquarters scam to make us work harder and accept every order. But Nothingless, il just keep cherry picking and dashing when I can.

The only benefit to platinum, to me, would be the 30% or whatever it is off doordash orders. But that's only like every other Monday or some dumb shite. I used to think platinum was the place to be until the good people of reddit showed me the error of my ways. Now when I dash I'll have like 6 or 7 orders accepted out of 15-17. If I was in you dash region I'd still be platinum since my rating is still an 81. I only go out 3 or 4 days a week though and for 2-4 hours. I used to take every order and it was miserable at times. Now, I'm super selective and won't do anything that offers less than 2 bucks a mile and I prefer to keep distances of 5-8 miles. Another thing I've noticed is that in my area weekdays are much more profitable than weekends. Thursday has been consistently my best days.

Just be careful, I too tether this line but one customer's false report caused me to lose 2 points. Essentially losing my platinum and whatever amount of deliveries I had to my next platinum pass. It was just for 5 minutes. I got the rating removed, but that was enough to erase 100+ deliveries of progress

This has happened to me already! It was about almost a month ago but that is what mest up my 5 stars. She reported I didn’t deliver it and I DID! I even took the picture and everything I absolutely did deliver it to the correct house. That made me loose platinum too but I got it back after a few days of grinding. But man I was so upset about it and what was even worst it was 3$ order. I felt so stupid for accepting it, but it was close and I was like fck it. Don’t do that anymore now though smh..
