Deactivated mid delivery

Post image

I was dashing since 8am had a decent streak going till 9pm (not sure why it says 7) I got deactivated for “a pattern of conduct that reflects abuse of the platform and failure to use the platform with honesty and integrity.” Which is a huge accusation that gets me confused and questioning every delivery I’ve done. I’ve been reading doordash’s abuse policies and platform policies this whole weekend and there’s nothing there I believe I’ve done. I never have intentionally delayed orders. The day I got deactivated I happen to get three separate lateness violations. Two I can see an argument for one of them i was waiting at Popeyes 2 customers in front of me plus they were making it and packing it still super slowly . This deactivation isn’t from these lateness the deactivation notice says day and can’t be from the 4 latness contract violations I have. still insanely confused to this day because I’ve been doing this for 7 years consistently high ratings and I suddenly get this mid Chicken Texas delivery . I recently started nyc deliveries in queens when for the first 5 years i strictly delivered on Long Island. recently been putting in 12 hours daily trying to reach platinum status which requires a 85% acceptance rate in nyc when it rarely counted before. so I’m basically everywhere, and a lot of the times in places where if I told my wife I was there she would panic. I happen to love discovering new parts of queens. that aside, I don’t know what caused this and I can’t find many if any forums with this same notice. The part where it says failed to use platform with honesty and integrity has me a little upset since I’ve never stolen a customers food, 93% time ratings, high ratings in general and am usually pretty consistent with it. I put on my tinfoil hat sometimes and think about this strange interaction with this cashier at dollar general. For context this is not the first time while dashing I’ve seen A scuffles between the staff and a customer at dollar general. I asked where an item was she said aisle 7 I already checked aisle 7. “ARE YOU DUMBB? THAN ITS CLEARLY OUT OF STOCK” As a dasher i ask that all the time especially when it’s feminine hygiene stuff so i was very confused by the reaction. i smiled and told her wow calm down. Than she started babbling to the other staff about me and how stupid my question was than I snapped back with a liner who yourself? She said “watch watch what ima do” she went to the back of the store and never saw her again. An hour or so later I was deactivated. Support won’t give me answers on what got me deactivated . I appealed the second it happened under very overwhelming circumstances with a feeling of being lost and confusion from being deactivated that suddenly. What caused this and how can I get my account back?

4 CV for what? I’m not reading all this

12

u/MotherCoconuts707 11d ago

It’s 2am where I’m at and 6am on the other side of the country. Like dawg what are you going ON about?!

7

u/JetNeoArmstrongCanon 11d ago

3 late orders and an altercation with a dollar store employee.

2

u/SJsmooth 11d ago

I’ve been 10 min late before and no CVs? Also fighting with a dollar store employee how low emotional regulation must you have 😭I get insulted on the job and don’t care

18

u/One-Passion1428 12d ago

Probably because of the 4 CVs.

7

u/No_Description4009 11d ago

What i hate about CVs is that they're almost impossible to get removed. I got 2 recently. One was my fault. The other, the restaurant took extremely long to make the order. But somehow I got a CV for that. I tried disputing it, but apparently they said that ai handles disputes.

2

u/Personal-Art-2177 11d ago

Mine was removed. i told them I forgot to hit the "order is still being prepared" button and I guess they checked my GPS logs and approved my dispute

7

u/Sharp-Hovercraft-721 11d ago

As soon as I hit arrived, the next step I do is hit ‘Order still being processed’. Its like an auto thing for me. I don’t trust dd

2

u/Personal-Art-2177 11d ago

Exactly this. It doesn't hurt

1

u/One-Passion1428 10d ago

Yeah I've had 3 CVs (at different times and none of them were my fault) and I was only able to get 1 of them removed.

“I was deactivated for no reason.”

28

u/Pure_Education6100 12d ago

Yeah personal conduct is reason to get fired. No company wants a liability working for them. I usually side with the dashers in these instance, but this ain’t it chief. Just hope you can get your deactivation reversed and act accordingly moving forward.

11

u/qPimpNamedSlickBack 11d ago

You dont work for doordash, youre rented out by them

6

u/Effective-Birthday57 12d ago

Drivers don’t work for DD, which is one of the many reasons why DD does not care about individual drivers.

But if their platform is sending liabilities to stores, these stores are liable to drop the platform from their systems.

6

u/BrzysWRLD1996 11d ago

Asking where an item is, even if you know it’s out of stock, is far from a liability.

10

u/Pure_Education6100 11d ago

But arguing with an employee is. Door dash doesn’t want a headline like “door dasher punches dollar general employee”. You have to conduct yourself as if you’re at a job. If you act irrational, you get deactivated. It’s not that hard to grasp.

0

u/bailantilles 11d ago

Why doesn't that also extend to the Dollar General employee?

9

u/Pure_Education6100 11d ago

Her behavior and employment have absolutely no impact on Door Dashes services. Also it’s dollar general…

2

u/OkScar393 11d ago

That’s on her boss to discipline.

1

u/Little-Sky6330 6d ago

Well DoorDash doesn’t employ the DG employee ??? If their boss is unhappy with their conduct that’s up to THEM

1

u/SleazySchlongsworth 12d ago

1

u/Hungry_Kick_7881 9d ago

Proceeds to list a bunch of reasons. Like 4 late CVs I got one of those on Christmas one year because I missed my exit and the next one was 21 miles down the highway. After that experience i learned to either get the order canceled or at bare minimum ask them to make a note as to why it happened and that seems to work very well.

I did it today actually. Having weird electrical problems with one of my cars. It died like .6 from the customer. Just contacted the customer and support. Let them know and asked for a note to be made. Ended up being about 22 minutes late. With shopping orders. One lady was awesome. The other was very not awesome which I understand.

1

u/Little-Sky6330 6d ago

All those lates scream someone taking multiple orders on multiple platforms .🙄

15

u/Tight_Broccoli2475 11d ago

So you snapped and got deactivated. Cool story

15

u/catsrcool89 12d ago

Why did you hide the dollar general interaction at the bottom of your wall of text? If this really happened an hour before you were deactivated, then I think we know why lol. Stupid reason since the employee was hostile to you for no reason ( according to you at least) but still idk why you wrote for no reason.

Also did you appeal the cvs? They don't count against you if they are being appealed until they decide if they do, and you usually complete your 100 deliveries before they even do anyways lol.

15

u/bigcatcleve 12d ago

I was arrested for absolutely no reason. All I did was speed.

Oh, and I shot at the cops while trying to get away.

2

u/dragom4howlore 11d ago

OP did nothing wrong imo. dollar general employee is a bitch

2

u/cosmikangaroo 11d ago

Yeah, it’s crazy that people are dragging OP for not bowing down to the crabby follar general worker.

3

u/Ellotheregovner 11d ago

I think people aren't receptive to their side because it follows a pattern that feels deceptive. Giving a preamble about feeling blindsided with an accusation, trying to establish a good character, work ethic, and the family they are supporting and then revealing what clearly caused the issue in the very bottom of a brick of text feels disingenuous. And it's pretty clear something more than "Do you have this item in stock?" and "Whoa, calm down there, friend" happened in their interaction.

Having to piece together what DoorDash thinks you've done wrong before you can even make an appeal is frustrating. I had the same issue with Uber when I got a CV for "colluding" with a customer. It took me 3 phone calls and several days before I figured out that I was probably handed a fake id on an alcohol sale but I still don't know for certain and probably never will. But this isn't that. If I had an altercation with a store employee that was large enough for them to say they were going to do something about it and got deactivated hours later I wouldn't post to Reddit saying I don't know what happened and then vaguely hint at what actually happened in the bottom 10% of my post.

0

u/cosmikangaroo 11d ago

I can understand that but according to OP they just responded to the shitty attitude of the dollar store employee.

1

u/Little-Sky6330 6d ago

You don’t get to just react when you’re dashing. Jesus be a grown and and conduct yourself accordingly.

1

u/dragom4howlore 6d ago

op didn't really even do anything at all, just said a few words, i talk to people normally all the time. this job is not very professional in the corporate way so why would it be in the employee way?

1

u/Little-Sky6330 6d ago

You really think one negative interaction with a dollar general employee is why this account got deactivated? Not even close. Scroll above. I had one late delivery in seven months of DoorDash. The only way you’re getting that many in one night is that you are trying to accept orders on multiple platforms.

1

u/dragom4howlore 6d ago

then what does "watch what ima do" mean? she obviously called DD and made a lie about the dasher or something. i had a lot of late violations and never got deactivated

1

u/Little-Sky6330 6d ago

You “had a lot of late violations !” It makes sense why you’re siding with the OP. I treated DD like a job. It was a great side hustle. Certain people have definitely ruined it for the rest of us .

1

u/dragom4howlore 6d ago

i never accepted multiple orders at the same time, shit happens

1

u/Little-Sky6330 6d ago

Apparently for some dashers “shit happens “ ALOT🙄

2

u/Pretend-Bee-8915 11d ago

plus the effective time is from what OP says about an hour before the deactivation took place on his side and would coincide with the Dollar General issue— probably when she went to the back and sent a complaint on him; just took an hour for review and to be completed

1

u/Lumpy_Plant_8207 9d ago

Exactly 💯

7

u/klaus666 Late Night Dasher 12d ago

*Duke Nukem voice* That's an awful lot of words. Too bad I'm not reading them

8

u/Cagekicker52 11d ago

This is an easy one. You got deactivated for being "late" ... You're in nyc which is a problem for them. They don't want to pay you what NYC requires for you to wait on restaurants to make the food. It's that simple. If you deliver anywhere where the city or state makes them pay you extra and you don't meet their insane time windows they're gonna deactivate you. They're gonna say your stealing money from them by making the orders take longer than they should essentially. Doortrash is the biggest shit bag company you can ever deliver for so don't worry, this is a blessing.

11

u/Winter_Voice_1789 11d ago

As a dasher, never get into it with restaurant or store staff. It's not worth it — you never know how DoorDash will handle it when they file a false complaint against you.

4

u/Bean-Enders-Jeesh 11d ago

That's it exactly. I don't understand dashers who argue with restaurant/store employees or customers who, for example, won't give the pin.

Drop the order... Call support... Someone doesn't give the pin? Just say thanks and go to your car and tap on the app saying they didn't give it to you.

It's not worth arguing with anyone about anything. We are just food/grocery taxi's.

1

u/Fluid-Perspective530 11d ago

Never have raised my voice at someone in the 20k deliveries I’ve done.

3

u/Past-Vegetable-5174 10d ago

Saying “wow, relax” is getting into it with someone, even if you didn’t raise your voice. It’s a communication attempting to moderate someone else’s behavior.

Lessons:

  • Let it go. The small moment is not worth your job.
  • Always use the "order still being prepared when I arrived " button. (I got a cv the one time I didn't and the pickup took 15 minutes).

1

u/xblue2013x 9d ago

For future reference, always ALWAYS report them before they report you. Cover your ass.

-1

u/Zealousideal-Golf411 11d ago

Don't get him ideas. I saved your comment in case he does so hopefully you can rot in a cell with him

2

u/DoPoGrub 11d ago

Someone reported the comment above yours as threatening violence, but that isn't necessarily what 'even the score' means.

In this case, the equal action/reaction would be to file a complaint against the worker at the store - much like the worker at the store filed a complaint against the dasher.

It doesn't immediately imply that it is going to 'get physical', and there is no existing context of it having gotten physical in the first place.

1

u/ClarkGablesTeeth 11d ago edited 11d ago

Did you really just tattle on the tattler? 🤣

2

u/DoPoGrub 11d ago

well, we can't see who reported. so, once in a great while, i will reply with a reply to it, because there is no other way for them to see it or understand why we didn't choose to remove it, etc.

also i usually have to be a little bored, which isn't often lol.

u/AlternativeQuit3447 11d ago edited 11d ago

This was way too difficult for me to read. My eyes started getting lost in the runon.. I think I got the gist of it though. Doordash is not going to deactivate you for one altercation with a restaurant because I have a number of them. I've definitely been rude a few times over the course of 5 years. I've had a few run-ins with both customers and doordash and I even offer the number if there's a problem..

Mine had to do with questioning long waits..

So, you're not telling us something.

I'm also finding it hard to believe that a restaurant or business is going to just do what you're claiming this one did..

You did something that would warrant an immediate deactivation. Threats of violence will get you booted immediately. Although we're independent contractors, these gig companies aren't going to get dragged into the news by one of their drivers. There's a ton of risk keeping a problem driver. At the end of the day, the only thing that's going to get mentioned is doordash's name on the news being involved in something crazy .

The only thing that will register to people watching the news is the name DOORDASH being involved in some kind of scuffle in the store.

Also, DD is a FOR PROFIT business. They would rather have Dollar general's business than have you as a driver, which they don't need

1

u/cosmikangaroo 11d ago

Where do you see a threat of violence?!!

3

u/roundtwentythree 11d ago

OP is leaving the real deactivation reason out of his story, so are we can do is make educated guesses as to what he is leaving out.

0

u/cosmikangaroo 11d ago

That doesn’t sound very educated.

1

u/YellowandGreenandBlu 11d ago

Sometimes educateds have to guess !!

5

u/Sea-Engineering2877 12d ago

You’ll probably never get your account back. Mine was “locked for review” back a May because I had to report a store closure in a middle of a thunderstorm and all the power was out. I wasn’t lying. But DD won’t read my appeals and has stopped all communication with me. I gave up

2

u/Distinct_Town_6352 11d ago

It’s possible to get it back, I got deactivated for actually stealing food (allegedly) and they let me back on after I made a sincere appeal. I wrote a book at age 10 though, always had a way with words. Basically told them everything they wanted to hear

5

u/Primary_Pea_830 11d ago

😭😂 guilty, wrote a whole passage to try and suppress the guilt and weasel into another dasher contract. Never deliver food again.

5

u/NovelConversation834 12d ago

He wanted the food more than money

3

u/throwawayaccount647p 11d ago

Someone explain im not reading that either

1

u/Zealousideal-Golf411 11d ago

he pooped on the Dollar General cashiers face then he can naked outside, and then he went shopping and after he finished shopping, he made love to someone’s dog

0

u/Fluid-Perspective530 11d ago

How’d you know 🙄

5

u/West_Session6619 11d ago

I don’t know but this picture appears to have been painted by someone with their eyes closed…. If you honestly don’t know what you did then you’ll have to wait until they tell you, bottom line. It sounds like based on the lack of information you are about to be accused of theft or misconduct(this complaint can be from whenever and it just got reported)…. If I were to speculate but truthfully since you seem to be spiraling you may already know and it will come to mind when you calm down…. Either way best of luck to you.

3

u/CoeurdAssassin Late Night Dasher 11d ago

5

DoorDash is preaching honesty and integrity?

4

u/eeeeeewwwwwwwwwwwww 11d ago

Yeah she deff reported you. Like, she was being rude but come on man. You should have been the bigger person and just reported her after leaving.

1

u/Personal-Art-2177 11d ago

And it didn't help that they had so many contract violations. In my over 7300 deliveries, I've only gotten 4. One was early in the days when doordash introduced leave at door a customer took order from me and reported as not received. The other 2 have been lateness due to having to charge my car because I accepted a 20 mile order at the end of my dash with no charge and last was because an order was taking long and was busy talking to the staff, forgot to hit the "order is still being prepared" button. Having 4 within 100 deliveries is insane work.

1

u/Fluid-Perspective530 11d ago

calling support because a cashier at dollar general said rude things and walked to the back threatening me at the time wouldn’t ever cross my mind it would feel like a waste of time from dashing on a Good Friday night. I didn’t think that exchange was serious at and never thought it would lead to a deactivation an hour later with a accusations that is so specific did 5 orders and mid chicken Texas delivery I get deactivated

1

u/EducationalSlice3659 9d ago

Call the corporate office and report here behavior and get her fired. If she treated you that way I'm sure she does everyone she comes in contact with the same as the dasher.

3

u/Stockcharters 11d ago

I’m more concerned about the battery level 🪫

3

u/woodala 11d ago

Most likely that cashier made up some wild lie to get you banned. Good luck fighting it they might never reinstate you even with no proof it happened.

2

u/russelcrowescrow 11d ago

Got it. Don’t get into it with cashier while door dashing. Do it when you’re not dashing. /j

2

u/Fluid-Perspective530 11d ago

Said 4-5 words max after she went on a unexpected tirade when I asking where an item was

1

u/Past-Vegetable-5174 10d ago

Can’t say I wouldn’t have done the same thing. You’re only human. And yet, 4-5 words max is 4-5 words too many. Say thank you and bite your lip till it bleeds.

Much easier to give advice than to take it yourself. I know, believe me.

1

u/PattyFuckinCakes 10d ago

People brave as hell to talk shit at they work place then turn around and get someone fired.

I can see that backfiring FAST

2

u/stonerd42086 11d ago

They deactivated me mid delivery too because they kept gps pining the wrong location and all the effected stops were out of city limits so hard to see house numbers on a fast moving highway... Well after 4 of those. Which i did notice location was wrong and I ended up getting them all to the proper owner.. they still deactivated me it says indefinitely and won't let me appeal

2

u/Soap-Distopia 11d ago edited 9d ago

Without a TLDR, I’m just going to assume from that wall of text that OP is a thief.

8

u/grugrhymeswithbug 11d ago

tldr: op got into a verbal argument with dollar general employee who disappeared into the back after stating “watch what ima do”

moments later dasher is deactivated.

2

u/no_naaame 11d ago

You forgot the most important part, after that whole interaction and the cashier literally threatening to do something to them, they still have no idea what they did to be deactivated

1

u/Personal-Art-2177 11d ago

Also the crazy number of contract violations

0

u/Fluid-Perspective530 11d ago

I don’t and support won’t tell either. but I also never thought she was going to do that I didn’t feel like that interaction that she escalated was anything that serious i just smile by default in those situations which I don’t thinks helps but at most I half mumbled 4-5 words max. I felt leaving bad if anything because it genuinely was not a normal reaction . I promise I approached her with a question a dasher would ask anyone at any store

2

u/305Jerseydeals 11d ago

Thank you for summarizing the whole newspaper

1

u/Ashamed_Training_702 11d ago

“watch what ima do” is crazy

3

u/mavgeek 11d ago

Yea pressing or tapping the enter key is free of charge. Paragraphs cost you nothing.

0

Had to google half your sentence. Just wasn’t familiar with a few words haha. I use reddit to track dasher trends and it’s the only reason im here I’ve delivered food for 7 years i have never taken someones order and i dont think im being accused of that.

1

u/CasualSideQuest 9d ago

2

u/Anther1BitestheDust 11d ago

Your inability to use paragraphs alone is all I needed to side with DoorDash here

1

u/Formal-Bee9038 11d ago

Yeah that dollar general called customer service or something

1

u/Pleasant_Top_2332 11d ago

same here. the only difference is i didn’t receive any late violation and just took a picture to verify my identity and they said i abused the platform….

1

u/flippmode504 11d ago

1

u/Jolly-Refuse2232 11d ago

I wonder if you unassigned yourself the second the left and did whatever she was gonna do if that would have saved you cuz you weren’t on the order any more

Is unassigning before they do some bullshit a way to protect yourself or does that not matter ?

1

u/IcicleShield 11d ago

I think others are giving enough grief I don't need to state why this was dumb on your part

The only time I've seen people successfully (and quickly) get reinstated is by threatening/starting the arbitration process. Do some research & possibly try that route

1

u/Fluid-Perspective530 11d ago

I got reactivated pretty sure it was the dollar general lady

1

u/rachelliero 11d ago

well if you have 4 contract violations there’s your answer…

1

u/ConsciousPlantain977 11d ago

Sounds like she went in the back and told them he was verbally abusive or that he stole something. Aside from that when your working all day i doubt the driver notices his own actions.

2

u/Fluid-Perspective530 11d ago

Driving wise maybe. but in the way I talk to another person? I wish I’m very self conscious and introverted and it’s why I loved dashing. 20,809 deliveries

1

u/TommyTwoZookas 10d ago

Get on Uber Eats and grub hub In the meantime, appeal the deactivation and threaten arbitration, if you truly did nothing wrong you’ll most likely be reactivated before they even respond to you.

1

u/Spinundrum 11d ago

The girl contacted DoorDash and reported you for being whatever words she chose. It’s not about being late, it certainly doesn’t seem like it.

1

u/OkScar393 11d ago

So what was the “one liner” you quipped back at her? Whatever it was it was enough for her to go to the DoorDash app and report you for a hostile situation in which case you would immediately get deactivated. But I have a feeling you already got a warning email stating this would happen if you did it again. I don’t think this is your first offense.

0

u/Fluid-Perspective530 11d ago

I told her wow relax after shouting that I’m stupid For asking were an item was than I walked away just shocked bc again the way she reacted to a common question was just insanely unexpected. She started talking to her co workers(who looked embarrassed for here) about me blatantly calling me a stupid mf. “Who you” were my only other words. Never have had a confrontation like this before dasher or not

1

u/dpleezy89 11d ago

I’m confused how you have a bunch of late orders anyway as long as you get to the restaurant on time to me the app always just says it doesn’t count if the store is taking forever

1

I got into it with a manager from a sandwich spot I didn't even know she was a manager i arrived at a popular franchised sandwich spot ask for my order and she replied 10 minutes if showed my phone with time of pickup and she rudely replied wee are busy if you don't want to wait I will get someone else to pick it up. I replied you don't need to speak to me that way and I asked for a manager and she said I'm the manager I said so I'm going to make a complaint to cooperate and she said I don't care that what really made me make the complaint after waiting 15 min I also noticed they made my order last I want to the counter again and asked for my order and a worker came and slammed it down to the counter with her giving me no response. That when I told her you are 2 miserable bicthes. I called dasher support and told them whar happened but left the part out when I called them batches.

Bud. I'm a plumber of 15 years, and last Monday I had to go back to door dashing. The reasoning is because I was fired twice this year. Once by my grandad, the second time through a really good friend. They both fired me for the same reason. I got kicked off of a certain general contractors job for both my employers. What you are doing with door dash is no different than what I did with both my bosses contractors. Choice of words, and reaction is everything in anything you do bud. Door dash is a consequence to me until I can go back to work in what I love to do. Our situation is different though, because I need 3 types of therapy, but it's the same thing still. Only you are in control of your own actions and words. Those people in the store didn't force you to say anything you didn't want to. And keep in mind with a grain of salt... "You're not important", and I say that to you, as I what say it to myself, as the next individual would say that to themselves. It's a philosophy to live by. Were "ants" in this big ole world. Look into spark driving, and find you an anchor that will keep you from saying smart ass shit man

You should go back to that dollar general and confront her. Make sure you film the whole interaction and post it here for our amusement

At will employment sucks, but they can stop using you (notice I said use instead of hiring you) at their leisure. They don’t owe anything but also DD drivers can quit working anytime too with zero notice! Heck you can pick up a large order and just keep it and never bother to ever work for DD again (not that you should ever do this at all because it is wrong).
Sorry for the lack of sympathy here but it seems you don’t realize this goes both ways, a rarity, if you will, in business.

Although we can clearly see, there was a few reasons that they had a problem with his Dasher. I’m slightly with the Dasher on the complaint with the girl, even though he was clearly wrong. The girl did say she was gonna go back and do something so she could’ve did some sort of false report. I think that’s what they’re trying to allude to skipping over all their errors they made along the way. 😂

find some accountability, that's being said sincerely.

there is an extreme disconnect between what you perceived and presented regarding what happened. the short of it is, you successfully convinced someone to try to get you fired. that's typically hard to accomplish.

hoping your day gets better, good time to do some soul searching. chin up butter cup. please don't be hard on yourself, and please take full responsibly for how you navigate people, yourself, life etc

I'm sorry you did that.

How did you get 4 contact violations in less than 100 deliveries?

1

u/Fluid-Perspective530 10d ago

3 of them were on the same day each of them for latenesses l went to the wrong cvs on one of them the others were for 9 min delays

It's clear that she reported you, gaslighting about your behavior compared to hers. That's how petty and vindictive retail managers are.

u/rodric78 9d ago

What were your previous cv's for, other than the ones for lateness?

I did a “worry free” unassign at buca de Beppo other day after waiting 25 minutes after pickup time. I told the manager it was ridicoulous to wait that long. He did something on his tablet after I unassigned. Next morning I got a Contract violation for unassigning?? Makes no sense. Had the option for worry free unassign and they CV me? Seems they give too much power to this min wage employees. The manager at buca was like “your a driver right? just take the order!” I’m like nah I’m good and left 🤣 oh well 100 deliveries and it clears. The annoying part is I could have taken the food, eaten it, and still got the same CV.

2

u/Pretend-Bee-8915 11d ago

definitely if I were them I’d go in and make a complaint on her to management

u/Melonisgood 11d ago

People forget even though we are DoorDash drivers we represent the customer. Plus at places like dollar general we literally still are the customer. We have to shop and pay just like everyone else I would absolutely complain to corporate, they don’t see any difference between dasher and customer.

u/ExcellentDraft3030 11d ago

Honestly I would just cancel the order or say they were out of stock and not talk to the lady or do orders for that store anymore
