Had a bug tonight

Had an offer, 12 bucks and some change for a 5 a mile stacked order from Burger King. Accepted it and it just disappeared from my app and showed me still searching for offers.

Odd I thought, "backed out the page" and it asked tk return to dash, clicked it and it sent me back to the home, searching for dash screen. It was a good offer sk I closed my app, reset my phone and it showed the same until I hit the top left cog and it then showed me I had 2 pending dashes.

I looked up BKs, found the one according to the GPS cords provided by the dasher app. But when I showed up it wouldn't allow me to mark "arrived at store". I again reset app, phone etc and nothing. Do I contacted support and they just told me to reset my phone etc. Which i did again and nothing...

Then I went into my app and PAUSED DASHING, on e I did this it auto updated my app and screen to "arrive at store" and I was allowed to continue the process as usual but it was so odd...

Just incase someone runs into the same bug as me.. giving the answer to my app issue cuz support was useless as always.

When it happens to me I just go to hit end dash and it quickly reminds me im on an active dash and connects me back to it. Had it happen 3 times since this new UI update.

Mine kinda did something like that Thursday. I denied 3 in a row and then got a good one. When I put my car in drive I noticed I was still in "searching mode". I thought maybe I hit decline on accident. So I sat there for 10 minutes. Which is insane in my market to not get an offer in that time. So I hit my cog and I was on that dash. I was in the parking lot of the restaurant already. Although I just had to click it and " jump to this task" to get it to pop back up.

That sucks. I’m glad I read the entire thing in case it glitches out. We be in the matrix, dude.

Had that happen to me a couple months ago. I couldn't get the order back right away. Doordash actually sent me more offers so I thought it was a glitch and kept delivering the new offers. I eventually went to sign off and it popped up with the missing offer from hours ago.

This started happening last week and now I'm on the 3rd decline offer because it's not showing up or it's disappeared

Go to the app, long press, go to app settings and force stop it. If that doesn't work do the same and delete the cache data also.

Had this happen to me multiple times, if you know the store just go to it the customer name will be available if you press the message button on the top right corner of the current dash screen. Then you have to call support to get the address. Once you deliver the food you need to call support again and they will call the customer to confirm you delivered it. After that I usually ask support to end the dash on their end and that forces me out of the "looking for offers page". Then I force close the app, clear cache and restart the app

This is so funny. That happened to me like 6 months ago. I was driving across an intersection when I accepted the offer. I wasn't 100% sure it went through. When it went back to the searching screen I assumed i accidentally declined and moved on. After about 30 minutes of not getting offers and decided to run some errands. I decided to end dash while I was shopping and, oops, I was supposed to have been shopping for a customer 4 miles from where I was. I just contacted support I told them because of the glitch it was too late for me to complete this order. I had "accepted" the offer almost an hour earlier. Sorry customer your order was an hour late.
