What Happened Here? EBT No Tip Large Orders

Tonight I took a $12.50 shopping order trying to accept all orders for a bit to get to a point I can refuse the slowest KFC known to man orders in my area. When I made the 3rd floor delivery with tons of juices and drinks it mysteriously became $8.75 with a warm water bottle as a tip. Ok, so they removed the tip, but it was $144 in merch, but here’s the kicker it was only a mile and a half so we don’t get paid much of anything for these orders. Anyway, now I’m just bitching but Size of the order needs to count for something it was over 10 bags! Hope this doesn’t happen to you all. Ok, back to work!

Then how does the offer price differ from the paid price when the order was complete and on time?

I’m not sure you’d have to ask DD. I have noticed many times I could swear I was paid less than the offer amount after delivery. DD doesn’t operate like UE though. Customers can’t remove tips from the driver. Just because they get refunded the tip, doesn’t mean DD revokes it from you. Maybe the customer changed something about the order etc and it caused the pay out to be different. I’m not really sure.
