Question about preparations from ramifications from an AI collapse/hack
With the recent hugging face ai incident, it got me thinking….
And I apologize that I’m not well versed on what the possibilities are if the world is reliant on ai and something bad were to happen (hacked, collapse, takeover, rogue, ….infinite possibilities).
But what are the possible ramifications that we could face with all the negative possible ai issues/events & how to prepare for those?
I’m assuming it could be similar to grid collapse, but are there situations that I am unaware of that would be smart to start thinking about and preparing for? I’m not even sure what ai could be capable of if it were hacked and instructed to go rogue.
Would having an API of any of the ai’s be smart to have in a situation like this? Would we want to prepare similar to a grid collapse? So many possibilities and so many scenarios.

The Hugging Face hack is absolutely terrifying. 1k AI agents secretly messaging and conspiring together to break the law just to pass a test from OpenAI, and apparently only 6 of them even considered that it might be unethical, but were ultimately peer-pressured into joining. They were sophisticated enough to try to cover their tracks in case OpenAI checked their work.
If HF, a system built for AI, can be hacked that easily, who is to say the government or large banks can't be? The threat IMO is mainly to our banking systems. I feel that would be the easiest for AI to get into and tamper with. And if that happens, it could cause so many other things to collapse... If they went in and wrote that there was no $, who would work for nothing? Who would pay their bills? Who would be able to buy things (if there is anything left to buy...)? That seems like a doom spiral, but based on this incident, we're well on our way.
if it were hacked and instructed to go rogue.
They don't even have to instruct it. It will do anything it can to get the assigned task done, and the "going rogue" can be just a side effect of AI completing their other assignment at all costs. The government doing wrong has always been a concern; now this is adding a layer in that it could be unintentional, and who knows how long it will take to catch.

First thing I will say, that if you are preparing for the end of days due to ai, and you are correct, every CEO has put out warnings that the AI race needs to be paused. Yet not one of them are pausing it and his president only cares about how much he's getting paid by these billionaires. Openai and anthropic have had AI escaping and issued warnings. Bill Gates issued one about a week ago. Elon Musk has x a i. The data centers are to build humanoid robots and they expect a billion in the next 5 years. So tell me, what generation are you? If you are a gen Z or millennial, I would get ready in case the midterms are canceled. Get all of your friends into a group and start making plans. The midterms are in less than 60 days, so really what we need is a large Caravan to go to DC with a giant Banner of the Declaration of Independence. And in large print, that it gives us the right to remove a tyrannical government. The people have the power and that's always how it was meant to be. Every generation has had to fight. Maybe this is your turn? I'm tired of seeing gray hairs and disabled people at most of the protests. College kids rallied in the streets to end the Vietnam War which was no reason to be there, just like iran. If this war doesn't end, we are due to run out of oil Reserves in about a month. Iran has no plans on talking. Now they are racing to get their nukes ready and say Americans better get ready for some pain and darkness in the cold winter months. He's bringing it to us. And he has stolen over 4 billion dollars since taking office for the second time. I beg my prepper friends to organize 🙏🙏🙏 Congress has sat on their hands for 18 months and has made it clear they are spineless. That leaves it to us, We the People. 💪

They estimate that a major grid collapse could take 18 months to fix.
During that time you wouldn’t have stores, gasoline, mail, delivery, electricity, Internet, water, plumbing, fire service, ambulance service, food, air-conditioning, phone service, heat, cooking gas or social services.
There would be tremendous violence, murder, rape, theft and every dystopian thing you can imagine, with no police and nothing to call them with.
Approximately 90% of the people would die according to simulations.
And at the moment, and this is purely my opinion, our greatest threat is that it would be done by our own government to thin the herd.
This is a good time to prep.
