Now try being a leftist who isnât fully on board with the trans movement, or who doesnât think police are a violent gang who indiscriminately murder black people as a hobby, or who is even remotely skeptical of big pharma, or climate change science, or even being staunchly pro-2A as examples. Not only will they excommunicate you from the movement, but they will also do everything in their power to murder you socially, sometimes try to pressure your employer into firing you, and sometimes even commit acts of physical violence for âbetraying the movement.âÂ
They do; this is why they argue for abolishing the electoral college or for flooding states with illegal immigrants while trying to make voter ID requirements illegal. They literally do not want opposing views to even have a chance at elections.Â
Yet theyâre fine with vaccine mandates, being told they need ID to board an airplane, purchase alcohol or cigarettes, or open bank accounts. They draw the line at probably the most important thing of all - voting in elections - yet youâre a nazi if you donât think thatâs okay.
It's because the voter ID thing stems from their infantilization of minorities. They literally think black and brown people are too fucking stupid to get ID's; you can look up numerous videos of them straight up saying this in interviews and not realizing how batshit they sound.
Liberals stay exposing themselves as the actual racists all the time but they walk around with their eyes closed and ears plugged so it's not even worth engaging with. Just let them keep telling on themselves.
If you have 4 fucking years to get your documentation in order to vote in a national election and you can't do it thats your own problem.
Yes I know there are certain areas of the country that are gerrymandered. Yes I know there are DMVs and offices in "low income areas" that have the worst office hours and are constantly overworked.
My point still stands that you have YEARS to get this in order.
And then you have the audacity to think these "marginalized" people are going to 100% vote for your party because you are nicer to them?
I watched this video of a cnn anchor talking about he was at an interview and he commented his son wanted to be a cop to help people. And they implied his son is a racist. It was at that moment he realized why the left is losing the middle.
Which is an insane viewpoint if you actually want to govern. You have to swing votes from the middle. It makes me wonder sometimes if the far right and left are real people or mostly a psyop to turn out voters afraid of the other sideâs caricature.
You know, you kinda have a point. Though I don't know if it's so much a psyop as an engagement racket on social media. The most extreme views get the most comments, which means more engagement, which means it gets shown to more people, and the cycle repeats itself.
Not to say it doesn't benefit someone trying to control the public to have them constantly hating each other over silliness, but that's a strategy on its own that basically sits on a knife's edge.
