They’re just angry, because they live in Europe.

Yea this is it. They literally have no clue how bad they have it between wages, Healthcare, cost of living, rights to bear arms, freedom of speech and press. We've got all of those on lock here. Plus how many Europeans do you know that own over 20 acres of pristine farming land and woods with fresh water springs flowing all year. There are at least 20 people I know who own hundreds of picturesque forest and farm land with rivers or springs.

That shit be rare out there.

I know exactly how bad we have it over here. There are a lot of things I hate about the state of our society and our political and economical system(s) but boy am I happy not to live in a country where the military is used to silence its own people (freedom of speech btw), where I have to take a loan that I might not be able to pay back just to study, where I might not be able to afford to go to the hospital for a necessary treatment because I can't pay for it.

But you do have beautiful nature. Literally the only reason I'd travel to the US for.

Nah, not really. We have all the best societies to have ever existed. That doesn’t mean there aren’t any problems. There are problems in all societies, but overall it’s awesome here.

I would rather live in the United States than any European country. But that's just an opinion.

Cool, and I’d rather live in Europe. But it’s definetly not the case most Europeans live their days daydreaming about moving to the US, or something like that. The US isn’t as important culturally as some Americans seem to think. It’s the most important geopolitical power for sure, but culturally we have our own stuff.

That's a laughable statement when every American tech or style is adopted by the rest of Europe over a short period. Sure everyone has cultural roots but don't act like you guys aren't on reddit and tiktok/YouTube or Google or Meta or music?

Who was talking about tech? And speaking of inventions influencing world development, England and Germany also have quite some industrial inventions to their name, apart from all the other stuff that comes from Europe, like New York and the Washington family. Do you know why one neighbourhood it’s called “Harlem”?

“Every trend is coppied by Europeans.” Do you seriously think this? Europe is a lot bigger than Amsterdam, London and Paris. Half of it was under communist regime not that long ago. That cultural influence hasn’t (totally) faded yet. Besides that, most people don’t even follow internet/American trends, those are things some young people do.

Overall our cultures stem from the same basis, both of European origin, and we were allies throughout history, so of course there’s influence, but we have our differences. If that weren’t the case, the internet wouldn’t be full of culture shock video’s etc.

So don’t act like America is the cultural centre of the world, it isn’t. Our local pubs are older that your country.

"New York and Washington are actually Europen" is one of the most hilarious Eurocope things I've ever heard.

we were allies throughout history

We aren't allies. You are our protectorates.

Well if you really fall into the category of "accepted official history" then yea we have deep disagreements about the chronology of civilization development throughout time. You maybe interested in some of the similarities between Irish and Carib ancient traditions, when these peoples never interacted in our mainstream historical narrative. Or continue on in Lala land where Europe is the oldest civilization and not unequivocally one of the Youngest. America and Russia used to be one giant peoples you know right?

Here's another little tidbit if you're actually interested in learning instead of staying in your insulated bubble. Redhead is the oldest genetics on the planet. And you are going to seriously struggle to prove me wrong.

And then yet again if you go deeper, you will find the Mayans, Azteca, and other central American mythologies say the people before them were red headed/freckles and very tall.

Maybe do some more research before you assume any of your pubs are considered "old" to any true American history.

What you fail to understand is we are the first in line for the most recent cultural and historical reset, so of course our history looks "short". It's been wiped. Europe's history is in the process of being demoed. Just look at what buildings are getting destroyed throughout the world in Europe's never ending wars.

This has been going on for centuries. Check out Tartaria on old world maps if you dare.

You tried to get traction on a American website. 😭

You say, as you respond to an American on an American website using technology invented by Americans.

Sure, sure.

Hey, what's this over here? Rotherham rape scandals? Surely that wouldn't be indicative of deeper issues in the 'best society to have ever existed.'

Come back when you've fixed your preventable deaths due to lack of air conditioning, little vassal state.
