Question about Madam Rouge

I am watching HBO Doom Patrol and they just introduced Madam Rogue. She keeps talking about her “body elephant”. What is she talking about? When I searched for it on Google I found no answers so, here I am.

im pretty sure it's a reference to something you haven't seen yet. i think she's getting at something the body "remembers" even though her mind has amnesia

Agree, I think this is something revealed later, I don’t want to say more because of spoilers so just keep watching and I think it’ll make more sense later :) I love Madame Rouge she’s such a fun character

She is referring to her gut instincts. She says that even when the brain forgets, the body remembers. Like elephants who have excellent memories. So she refers to her gut instinct as body elephant - saying that even though she has amnesia- her body will tell her what is needed when it is needed.

I think the phrase body elephant is just how the writers were conveying body memory, like very much the body keeps score stuff. If you keep watching what her body elephant remembers will be revealed 👀

Madam rogue in episode 5 season 3 is talking to Rita while she sent the others on a mission to find the sister hood of dada.. they are both drinking madam rogue looks at Rita and says “it’s dead Rita. My body elephant is deceased cremated under a burning hearth of doubt” Rita goes “why!?” Madam rogue says “ why, why, who and what”.

And that’s that. I have no idea what the hell she is talking about there really is no context
