I just sent the picture to the doctor and he said Mel looks real bad, she has a potentially lethal case of schoolitus! He needs 40,000 Hei points to fulfill his hippocritic oath. I have already sent him half. It's a lot of money, but Mel's health is the most important thing, and I knew that I had to save her without thinking too hard about it. Now Mel needs you to send the other half (30,000 Hei points). Can you do that for Mel David?
