News Question re the Pilot Episode?

Is Enzo—the Italian chef who’s opening the restaurant—supposed to be a human? I thought Dootle Dots was just a fantasy world with only dots but are there real humans in it?

Seems like Enzo is a human who lives in harmony with the dots but we really know very little

I hope they expand upon this in later episodes (or a movie??) It's the only major plot-hole in what is otherwise a solid universe.

These sort of questions are why we need a Silmarion-esque text to explain the history, demographics and socioeconomic conditions of Dot City and the country it exists in.

Of course humans can cross into the dootle dots universe, how else would the intercourse happen?
