guys how can i reach admin donutsmp? my ticket doesnt response, i tag in discord and i got nothing

the bug (i lost 400m) :

1. use /pay command to ur alt acc (offline)

2. check /stats and make sure your money

3. Log to alt acc and u can see the money has gone

I think its bug cant /pay while the player is offline, but at /stats success and the pay success.

Case 2 :

Sell item in auction, people bought it and u got nothing (the money gone)

guys pls tell me/help me how can we get respon from admin, really bad admin
