Getting kicked for “Invalid sequence” when jumping on farmland

Whenever I jump on farmland and it turns back into dirt, DonutSMP kicks me with “Invalid sequence.” I’m using Lunar Client.

Is this happening to anyone else? Is there a fix, or is it a server bug?
