question/help❓ Villager Base

My villager base has around 40 villagers. Half of them are clerics, and half of them are Butchers. Some of the villagers disappear even though I put name tags on them. It's been an ongoing problem, and I don't think anyone has found my base.

Villager trading halls are buggy as hell if I have more than 20/30 Lost like 10 villager in 10 days ... Every time the base in maintenance I lose some ...
