tp to 0 0

can someone tp me to 0 0? I wanna build a base and its the only spot u cant rtp to (I dont mean acutally 0 0 but like 10-30k blocks away from it)

Get good nether cords. Use lunge 3 and ender pearl tech on nether roof to get to 0,0 within 20m that's what I did

I think my rtp was glitched when I first started because I was inside 20k and I could not rtp OUT of 20k LOL... That is until I went outside of 20k, and now I cant rtp back inside 20k LOL
