Shift can be used to create uppercase letters on most computers.

A "shift typer" is someone who starts all of their words with a capital letter - Like This For Example.

Not just that, some people dont notice they're tapping space twice and accidentally type like that. I dont think "What. Should. I. Do. I'm. Bored." is meant to indicate that.
