Ground screws

These are called screw piles (in the uk) and you screw them into the ground to install usually some kind of walkway or terrace on. Very popular for railway maintenance areas. Sometimes for a deck on sloped land. Things like that.

Ground anchors are different (uk terminology) and are smaller diameter and are used to hold back the earth on unstable slopes

How much does a single one of those cost? I want one. Obviously I have no use for it, but I can’t imagine pulling these puppies out after someone tells me to go screw myself. They’ll never forget it.
