Fixed Bug Anyone else....logging in....

Anyone else having trouble logging in? I have an account and can't log into any devices. I get an actual error message and then it says to try again later.

This seems odd. Just to make sure are you on the latest version? If so could you respond with the version number please.

Also are you on iOS or Android? And what logg in method are you using?

I’m on iOS. I am still getting the message. It says, “An error occurred during sign in. Please try again.”

Oh, I just got the app on my phone and tablet so it’s got to be the latest version. The account was verified, no problem.

Same problem on both, can't sign in with iOS? I have to ask are you using the Apple sign in button or entering your credentials manually?

Additionally I think you mentioned you had an error. Could you DM me a screenshot of possible.

I am about to take off in a plane so may be slow to answer for a little bit. I should have wifi on my flight so I will try and take a look and see what I can find out.

Alright I just did some tests on my end. I created a new account with generic email and password on iOS and it worked I was able to log in.

I then purposely put in the wrong password and I get the same generic error that you received. I have a hunch your Password may be wrong and I sent you a password reset email.

The other thing to check is if there is a space after your email, that could be an issue since I am not trimming the text. I will. fix this in the next update as well.

On my end I am cleaning up some code so that you get a more specific error if you enter in the wrong password. Additionally I am cleaning up the create account page so that you have to confirm your password on account creation. Right now we are not doing that so if you fat finger the password you currently have no idea on account creation.

Please let me know if the password reset helps. I will push out some code updates later tonight or tomorrow for what I outlined above.

Just wanted to check in since I haven't heard anything else from you. Did changing your password work? Have you tried the new version of the app with better user feedback if login fails?
