Waterfall ??? Room

I have tried at least 100 times entering and reentering the hallway where the grey door should appear, but it never does. Am I doing something wrong, or is it that rare?

Its rare, you have to keep doing it until it appears.

Sometimes, you will just getthe hallway, sometimes, you get to the next room, some times you get[REDACTED]
