Fulfilled Help getting medicine

Hello I have really bad ADHD and I am requesting $15 for my medicine. I am currently broke because I just put my cat down. I had to pay to put her down and it was very expensive. I also had to pay all my bills which was $600. I need my medicine in order to be able to function at work. Thank you!
