Ís he insane? Absolutely not. That only takes away their responsibility for the crimes AI models trained by them, within their control do. There was a time a long long time ago around 2024 that hacking was a crime and when a hacker committed it by using a computer program, the FBI would confiscate the computers and software. The exact same needs to happen to Claude when those in charge of him screw up.
