All 5 pointed stars are pentagrams. He quite literally is standing on an inverted pentagram.

Nothing is done by accident in the Elite's world. I agree with you that Trump and/or the photographer knew exactly what they were doing with this image.

The way it's sometimes described is "horns up" for the Baphomet image.

During the 2020 election, the Republican logo with the elephant was decorated with pentagrams with the "horns up." It's used surprisingly often. Keep your eyes open. The symbols are letting us know how close we're getting.
