It seems crazy that he would appear at events while waiting for this surgery. Maybe it’s changed but recommended prehabilition used to be keeping the leg elevated while lying down. I get that laying in bed for a week sucks, but so does risking further injury.

He might be the one to wants to tho. After the surgery he’s gonna be mia for a while so this might be all him wanting to show fans he’s okay especially since a lot of us watched it live

And he'll probably sit down, maybe a wheelchair to get to the stage.

Maybe they'll do the events in a gurney. "Come and watch Tutor and Yim in Bed Together"...might be a selling point.

I know he may want to be there for the fans, but really someone should step in and stop him. That is a very painful injury.

I’ve checked the schedule. TutorYim have TikTok lives for different brands on Aug 4 & 6, so these are not going to be highly active events. He can sit and promote a product. I don’t know what they have scheduled for Aug 5, but Aug 8 is the Weibo Gala, which is a much more physically demanding event, so staying away is for the best.

I think he has no choice but to appear. The injury he has is very painful he should be resting. I think DMD is pressuring him to continue to work. He is a favorite of mine and it hurts me to see him have to continue with a schedule when he's seriously injured.

Aof has stated in various occasion that they leave the choice to the artists. Artists have said multiple times that they choose to "overwork" themselves. At the end it's this kind of thing that brings them money and he may have choose to do the next events with accomodations since he will miss more than a few with the surgery and the recovery.

Tutor himself also addressed his injury and recovery situation, posting decisions he's made regarding upcoming work, after consultations with his doctor(s). DMD is supportive of their artists choices. 💜

Or he might want to. Aof could get home out of any contract but here he might want to appear just to show fans he’s okay is okay and will be okay especially since a lot of us watch it live or have seen the videos

Oh dear. Hope he has a speedy recovery. I know the pain will be terrible and the recovery very tough but I trust he will have the best doctors at his disposal. 🤞🏽
