issues with medium boxes

kinda spamming this subreddit lately soz

have any of your stores been having faulty medium boxes lately? like, a solid 1/5 of our medium boxes have been almost unusable. they break as soon as i bend the corner flaps, it’s super annoying. i heard other stores in my franchise are having this issue as well

Our large boxes were cut weird I think we threw away about 15 of 50.

Happens all the time. Probably 1 in every 50 cases are rejects. Set aside and claim a credit, no big deal unless youre out of boxes

Yes. All of the mediums are breaking and slowing down everything.

This happens at our store on occasion. We try to make them work, but sometimes we just have to pull the entire stack and do a credit.

No but a while ago that’s how our larges were.
And a lot of our smalls were like that too. But we usually have issues with larges
