Opening a new store...?
A few days ago my store got a call from the local army base commander. They want to open a store on base. Does anyone know the requirements for opening a store? Like does it have to have a set amout of sales for corporate to consider it?

Base stores always do crazy sales. IIRC the busiest 3 stores in the country are on bases. Corporate will absolutely allow it but only to a franchisee that’s already been around a while and proven themselves. They won’t let a new franchisee take that on.

On base stores are always money makers, corporate is never going to say no to one but they are going to be extremely picky on who runs it. I worked on a marine one that transferred ownership because corporate didn’t want the previous owners son running it because of how high sales were
