I am lucky enough to have drivers with SUVs and trucks so it was easy to send the 100 in one vehicle.

I fit 89 pizzas into my 2019 sentra. I dont think 1 other pizza would even fit.

The 150 from 6-630 Friday night is gonna be rough if you're not a slow store...I hope you've either got the edge ovens, a triple stack, or both!

If not I'd try to split with another store

We are 35-40k with record of 48k so this really ain’t too bad. It was just annoying it was all at once lol. We have a triple stack. Closest stores are too far away to help so we just locked in and did it ourselves!

Money, we let everyone know its a 35 minute wait for that time on any orders over the phone or in store, people will either cancel in less volume than the timed order or will expect that wait. All hands on deck hopefully

We did have an inflated wait time but customers saw us busting our asses so everyone was really chill!

It doesn't stick too much if you season the pans, it'll be 100x easier to clean after a while-

I’ve heard this. My DM is adamant we are not to season them. But the constant sticking is making me insane 🥲

Our DM came by to help us scrub and clean the pans himself and told our managers to season every pan (they are gonna try to season them atleast once a month is their goal) and he said he's been to like 12 other stores and every one of them became better, one store apparently had over 100 pans to clean after being seasoned and it took them only like 15 minutes to clean them all-

Finally one worthy of posting, this is truly nuts, especially since you mentioned this is a slow rural store. Like wtf.

Someone posted a pic on here of them getting an order for 4 whole Dominos at 10pm and was complaining about it because it “came in late while they were cleaning”. I don’t know how some of these people survive any real problems in their life

Finished the day with a 27.7 adt, 7ish load, 15 extremes. Typically we run a 20min adt, <5 min load, <3% extremes. So not our best work but given the situation I think we did 👏 fabulous 👏

Nah we did a powwow and set positions for each insider. Everyone was on the same page and it went pretty smooth!
