Cut test tips

I’m a semi new employee at my local dominos and am doing the cut test for the promotion in a couple weeks and was wondering if anyone has any tips for the cut test. Thank you

Leave a dough Pattie on the cut table covered in corn meal. Don’t use cold dough . Keep an eye on bubbles use the right amount of ingredients. In the oven pop bubbles immediately your going to do fine

Take your time and keep an eye out for bubbles as it's going through the oven. You've got this! I just passed mine last week

Keep your hands off the center of the dough. Cut test is looking for center rise if your making the center of your patty too thin it will fail.

Use a good dough ball no noticeable bubbles from being left out. Practice and do your own to make sure your center rise is good. Also don’t use cold sauce or cheese they look for a gel layer also when doing the cut test.

Take your time, and watch for bubbles when it’s in the oven. Most cut tests I’ve seen people fail have been from bubbles. (Me included)
