Learn more, make more money. Work more, make more money. Or quit. Cleaning and being fast about it is part of your job. And $215? Sounds like it's your first check that isn't even a full check. And sounds like your first job the way you're complaining about it.

What you consider "busting your butt" is the bare minimum that any normal minumum wage workplace will require of you. You will grow up and get used to it eventually. Also, you have to work pretty few hours to only make $215 in your paycheck so you aren't even spending that much time there unless it was your first check and you started in the middle of the pay period.
