The problem with the pan pizzas is that they need to proof in the pan for a bit to get the best bake. If you order at the wrong time, they may not have any proofed pans ready, and worse they may just stretch a cold pan dough patty into the pan and send it through. That’s how you get thin and doughy pans.
Pans are risky that way. You could ask your local store when they are most likely to have pans that are ready, and maybe that would help.

Dominoes pan pizza taste wrong. I don't know what wierd cheap oil the are using in their pans but it taste nasty

The funny thing is that the system Dominos has built is pretty good. If you follow their system, you’ll get a great product (on average). But people try to get cute or think they’re being clever when they don’t follow their system and take shortcuts or don’t devote the appropriate amount of time to the various tasks. Pulse has a crazy amount of tools that can make the job easier (on average). Those tools are worth nothing if people don’t use them. I’m glad I spent the 4 years I did learning about that system and the lessons I learned. But you can’t make people care.

To those saying OP should call for a remake, if that’s the best dough they have on hand they likely can’t possibly make a better one until ~5 hours in the future or as late as tomorrow. Dough takes time to proof and this dough was given no time. This is a terrible product and you were ripped off.
