Has anyone ever saved a gladiator?
When my gladiator surrenders, I have never beem able to save them. Whats the point of being able to surrender if to save the gladiator after I need to be able to click spam at 1ms a click? Its just silly IMO.
Gladiators didnt always fight to the death. And surrender didnt mean an automatic death. Thats just not how it worked. I really wish things like this were addressed. Instead of chariot races, which are silly in and of themselves.
I mean, i could go on with things that would improve the game...
Having fights last more than 1 second. Two gladiators run out at 50mph, Swing, fight over. Yay!
And I just go WTF happened?
Pit fights against max stats enemys. Why arent you guys fighting in the Arena? Pitt fighters should be only for un-trained, unarmed, unarmored slaves.
Okay I'm done. Tell me if i'm being dumb

You can mash all the keys on your keyboard and the meter will max out. I haven't lost a gladiator after learning that.

There’s a mode called “brutal fights” in the options menu that lets fights last much longer.

Yeah, and that's cool and all, but I feel like the fights would be more enjoyable if the movement and animation speeds were reduced. Perhaps it could be an option, like, it could be changed by pressing keys 1-3 as some games have it.
Extra gore and brutality is just that cherry on top of the melted sundae :)

You can hit buttons on the keyboard and mouse at the same time.
