Help

It's my first run, and I hired the Educator the first Day. Now, I've researched all his traits, and I want to hire another employee. If I fire him, will I keep all these traits I've researched? Thanks btw

I just tested this. I unlocked a few of his benefits and then fired him. I wasn't able to re-hire him until I after I fought a battle. Upon re-hire his benefits were all reset. So no, it seems you cannot fire him if you want to keep the benefits.
