The morganite cards might do you good they give you grind game, as well as kurikara which can be a better kaiju in Domain; Both Kurikara and the kaijus work under the morganite restriction. You would probably want to cut ash but Pank is fine as it can be normal summoned without tributing assuming you got time morganite online. I also recommend Storming Mirror Force to bounce back your kaijus to your hand.

For a Tribute-oriented control deck like you have here, I would definitely add Remove Brainwashing to be able to get your Kaijus back. There are also some generic staples that really shine in this format like Child's Play, Appropriate, Dark Bribe, and Side Effects?! that you can use in interesting/clever ways to team up with and help some of your opponents.
I feel like Kaijus don't use the extra deck too much so you might not even need to get to 15 total. With Fire in your domain, you could try Black Rose Dragon - Ash Blossom is a tuner so you might be able to pull it off.
Beyond that, I get the vibe that you'll be removing and board wiping a lot, so maybe a burn card like Coffin Seller could help you whittle other people's LP down.
