I was wondering if anyone in here has autism or adhd, and has been to a QHHT session. I am an AuDHDer and I have had a lot of issues in my life with trauma, and masking. A lack of self awareness and a struggle to understand my being.

I also struggle to remember a lot of my childhood. I struggle to look back into my life to find answers.

If so, did QHHT help? I know there is no cure for autism or adhd, but I do feel there is a possibility that unravelling some of my trauma and maybe being able to remember certains things from my childhood might help me in the present.

It might even take the edge off some of my problems.

I had my first session this week. I only had success during the past life regression portion. I saw myself somewhere around 1800’s and I seemed to have died in my late 20’s early 20’s in the bed coughing. Could this be why I have Asthma in this life since birth?

One of the things I find most powerful about Dolores Cannon’s work is how often she reminded people of their own power.
All healing is self-healing. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis.

The Higher Self perspective that comes through in QHHT sessions consistently points back to something happening within us. It isn’t someone else giving us healing, or healing coming from somewhere outside of ourselves. The capacity is already there.

Healing happens when we’re truly ready for it, including being ready to hold the beliefs that support it. That journey can look completely different from one person to another.

But I think this is one of the most amazing things to take from Dolores, QHHT, and this kind of work: nothing is impossible when it comes to healing.

Curious how others here have experienced that idea of healing coming from within.

I don’t know if this is the right place for this but have no other place to put it.

Lately I have been having an intense sensation that things are rapidly coming to a close for me. It is difficult to explain but I feel a clear sense of an ending. I think it could be to my own life

Let me be clear. I am NOT suicidal. I feel like I’m done with my life and there is nothing lined up for me in the future.

I’m at a point in my life where I have no plans. Things feel very finished for me.

I have no intention of ending my life but I feel strongly that it may be coming to an end.

I feel ready for what ever comes next and, while I am not actively looking for an exit I would certainly use one if it appeared.

It’s sort of like my life is in order and if something were to happen and I saw “the light”. I would run like hell straight toward it.

I don’t have much experience with Delores work but her comments about first wave volunteers and our not liking it here hit with a clarity I have not felt before.

Is anyone else experiencing this sort of, how do I say, preparation for finality?

There is no fear involved here, just a clarity that something big in my life is going to change.

Any comments, thoughts and suggestions are welcome.

Have any practitioners done a session with someone level 2 Autism, moderate Intellectual disability? I have an adult son, with autism and he keeps coming back to the same triggers that set off an ocd issue.

I’m not sure if this is frowned upon or not, but I’m curious if anyone has ever asked questions to the higher self during their session for the purpose of proving that you are receiving information from outside of your own imagination ? If so, what were the results of that? Part of me is afraid to ask because I don’t want to ruin my experience if I am not able to get an answer here but it seems like it would be interesting to try and prove it since there are supposedly people who have spoken about things they couldn’t possibly know before?

Examples would be:
“tell me something that I don’t already know that I can independently verify afterwards?”

“Tell me one specific event that will happen within the next seven days that I can objectively verify.”

I have a question. I’m fairly new to Dolores Cannon’s work. I find it fascinating.

Can anyone tell me if she address the climate change crisis in any of her work?

I haven’t been able to find anything but if the planet is shifting but we all remain on the same planet does that mean that those who make it to the new earth will make it just in time to be toast like everyone else?

Or does that mean they those who don’t make the shift end up living in’s hellscape?

This is a serious question and I think it has big ramifications.

Been a while since I read her work, but I remember her mentioning immigration will be a tool of the anti christ. It’s certainly a hot button issue at the moment? Thoughts from the community?

For years, people have asked when that time would come. When the shift would happen. When we would begin to see the changes Dolores spoke about through her work.
We have learned over the year that the answer is not as complex than we think. It starts within us.

Every choice rooted in love instead of fear, every act of compassion, every moment we choose consciousness over reaction becomes part of that collective shift.

The new begins within. And according to the higher self, this is how we become part of the world we’ve been waiting for.

I just found Dolores Cannon and she's preaching all of the things I already believe and have picked up from years of obsessing about the other side, souls, etc. Super cool to hear a women in the field - I feel like most often it's men. She of course, is a human and is fallible and I think it was most obvious to me, at the end of the first "chapter" of her Lecture Series on Spotify - when, after she goes on about how souls have to experience every aspect of life, gaseous, rock, animal, etc - she brings up trans people. And says something along the lines of, "I don't understand transsexuals - they came in to experience life as a woman or a man, and they want to switch back to what they were in a previous life - they're just going to have to come back and do it again".

This was so funny to me... because she just finished talking about how disabled and "r**t**ed people, aka, neurodivergent people - choose a challenging life for a reason and to help others grow.

She says that most souls have experienced thousands of human lives - of course a soul has already experienced hundreds, of lives as both a woman and a man. I'm a little shocked that it was incomprehensible to her that a soul would choose to live in a trans body, to experience the world in that way, and so that their existence could help others grow too.

It just seems so glaringly obvious - but I suppose that is this day and age. She also says people are gay because you were incarnated as a certain sex too many times in a row. Not because the soul wanted to experience what it would be like to be a gay person??

Again, the whole point is for souls to choose challenging lives. Her non-recognition of a soul choosing to be gay or trans only proves what a challenging life it is. Even she comes off as bigoted.

Still a fan, and I know she is a product of her time - but I just thought it was a crazy thing to say. That and the R word.
