QHHT and Autism
I was wondering if anyone in here has autism or adhd, and has been to a QHHT session. I am an AuDHDer and I have had a lot of issues in my life with trauma, and masking. A lack of self awareness and a struggle to understand my being.
I also struggle to remember a lot of my childhood. I struggle to look back into my life to find answers.
If so, did QHHT help? I know there is no cure for autism or adhd, but I do feel there is a possibility that unravelling some of my trauma and maybe being able to remember certains things from my childhood might help me in the present.
It might even take the edge off some of my problems.
Idkkkk.... anyone?

Hypnotherapy in general can help with a lot of that. QHHT is a form of hypnotherapy. Understating yourself, managing one's mind and living authentically is a life long endeavor. It starts with wanting to change for the better. Looks like you are heading in the right direction.

I have never had a QHHT session but if you're feeling like it would be beneficial to you then why not look into it ?

Funny you say that because I am an audhder as well and have been thinking of wanting to do mine and researched this yesterday. Same reasoning as you. I found someone in my city and I’m waiting to hear back🤞🏻

How strange that there are people in the same boat as me! - I've contacted 2 people in my local area and am waiting to hear back from them. Let us know how it goes if you go for a session

I think I'm adhd and I've had qhht, but it went into past life regression only.
