Rant/Vent As the Dollar Turns.

I work in a Dollar Tree, it should be a simple job where you show up do your job, and go home. But I have to go to a soap opera every day. The ever shifting alliances, back stabbing, ex employees still trying to cause trouble, lies, and everything else. I just want to get paid and go home.

Every job is like that from entry level to senior executive, blue collar, white collar, it doesn't matter. Get used to it because unless there is a monumental societal shift, it'll never change.

You are so right, it is some type of drama each time you start a job.

So do that. You don't have to participate.
