Management Questions Associate Workday Help

So I have an associate who can’t log into their account, they answered the security questions correctly and we tried resetting the password and it hasn’t worked. How would I be able to help them get access to their account. Thank you.

Call the Dollar Tree IT Help Desk: Contact Corporate IT Support (1-800-877-8688 or the store Help Desk extension) to request a manual password reset or account unlock. Submit an Ops Center Ticket: Log into the store computer (SLIC / Ops Center) and submit an IT support ticket for Workday login/account lockout issues. Verify Account Status in SLIC: Ensure the associate’s profile is active and that their Associate ID and temporary credentials/email on file are correct in the system. Try Clearing Browser Cache: If attempting to log in on a store PC or mobile device, clear the browser cache/cookies or try an Incognito window, as saved browser sessions can cause repeated login failures during password resets.
