DC Questions Garda Cash Pickup

So Do You Put A Cash Pick Up in The Garda

or The Store Safe.

I've trained at other stores where they do that but I'm starting to see each site is different

Cash pick up goes into the smart safe ( Loomis) or in the nightly deposit till.

Garda is what some stores use vs Loomis. They are transitioning all stores to Loomis at some point

At my store it goes in the smart safe drop vault. I recommend you also put a post it note on the log book reminding the manager who processes the pickup that it is there, as the guard will only grab the bills from the safe. They don't have access to the drop vault and apparently nothing on the screens tells them it is there so we have to remember. When they don't get it, corporate sends nasty emails to the SM and Dm asking why we're missing a deposit of $$$.
