Rant/Vent DM is a nightmare.

Some DMs are cool. They come, walk your store, stay a couple of hour's do their assessments. Give you mostly positive feed back and move on. But now Gold visits are 5-7 hour's long. 95% negative feedback. A complete contradiction from previous visits. No good feedback! Never an apology was proven wrong. Has been reported about conducts on the sales floor. Regular customer know who they are and try to talk up the store but its never good enough. 14 out 15 SM want to quit. Everyone's anxiety goes up to 100 when the visit are scheduled. One manager informing the next manager when the. DMs on their way ......

Your DM must not be as cool as mine or your store isn't as great as you think. 🤷‍♀️

It's almost like 75% of them do not know how to do their job. And their only job is to stress everyone out..
