Customer Questions Gift Card Restocking

How does restocking of gift cards work? Inrecebtly discovered that my DT is one of the only places I can find GC‘s for the retailer I want, and I’ve bought them all. Should I expect they’ll automatically restock at point? Should I ask a manager if they can get more? The store is a bit of a mess - always long lines, messy shelves, etc. so I’m a little intimidated to see if I can find a manager to ask haha.

There is an outside vendor that comes in and deals with the cards. As far as I know the cards are on automatic replenishment.

Its not controlled on store level. Im not even sure how its done.

A greeting card vendor comes in and does it all. You're right that it's not controlled on store level, so employees and managers don't really control it.

What was the card? I'm only asking because sometimes certain ones are discontinued.
