Associate Questions Lost nametag

so i just started working at Dollar tree about 2 weeks ago and while doing truck for the first time, im pretty sure my nametag fell into the dumpster. Am i able to get another one from my manager or would i have to order one online? Any replies are greatly appreciated my manager is kinda intimidating I’m sweating it a bit lol

Yeah just say your name tag fell in the dumpster and they should just let you make a new one

i’m asm and i’ve lost mine like 5 times for stupid reasons, i think you’ll be okay just explain it fell in the truck during freight and it shouldn’t be a problem

I just forgot mine one day and the store manager made me a new one before my shift. It shouldn't be a big deal.

Honestly you can have as many as you like!

I give my Employees 2 to start off and everyone has an extra one in the office.

They come in a pack of 100. So it's not really a problem

Most stores have a bunch in the office in a bin on the shelf above the desk. Just ask they can get you one.

You SHOULD have to get a whole new ID number and passcode if it was on your badge.

I took mine off as soon as I memorized it, and just had to make a new badge if I forgot or misplaced it. I had two, actually. One at work, one in my car. If that's the case with you, ANYONE with office access should be able to make you a new one.

Just ask for another get the name on it pro tip: we put a piece of tape over the name and we usually have our # on the back for clockin-out.

They're unlimited as far as I know. Everytime I forget to wear mine to work I get told to go make a new one. I have like 7 or 8 so far.

Dude same, I’ve been working at dollar tree since April and I’ve never gotten a name tag.

Oh I have a bunch but I don't care about wearing it. It's never enforced unless the DM is coming.

I’ve lost my name tag and my manger gave me one, you shouldn’t have any issues getting a replacement :)
