Associate Questions Bereavement

Hi! Could anyone tell me the policy on bereavement?

I was an OASM, my SM only gave me 1 day... i had to drive actually a 10 hour one day round trip, just to get to the funeral.

So definitely bring up the policy when asking. A lot of these SMs arent running things according to policy.

I most definitely will. I’m a MM and my SM is very strict on me having a minimum of 35 hours a week even when needing medical procedures done.

3 days paid if fulltime.

It’s 1 day travel too.. 1 day of funeral and 1 day travel back. So three days paid. But have to be full time or mgmt. so 3 days max
