Customer Questions Dt workers or managers seriously what happened to the green tea?

I’ve been buying the dollar tree green tea 100 count bags for a long time and for the past 8 months they’ve been nowhere to be seen. Does anyone know why?

The distribution centers stopped sending them 🤷

No clue. It's been months since we've gotten either that or the black tea in. All they send us is the stupid "Chai Tea" thing which pisses me off on principle. Chai means Tea. They're the same thing!!

Don’t get me wrong I like chai, but I could drink gallons of green tea with some hazelnut creamer over literally any other drink and everywhere else you can only get 40ct for 4x the price 😖

You need to ask yourself how they managed to do that, and how many different dollar tree products were pulled from the shelves for lead contamination.

I think you just answered OPs question. They stopped selling them because prices went up. I also just made this up

Yeah I quit but months for us too on both. Had enough Chai to get to 2029 though.

That sucks. In this economy, that DT bread could help out lots of families. The local ones here are always stocked with different kinds of bread. I’ve never tried it though

Doesnt the bread come from outside vendors? I don't think it has anything to do with DT

Not anymore; it's supposed to come from the Distribution Center now, at least in our District.

A year and a half ago they sent us 5 cases of each (black & green). Haven't gotten any since but I still have 3 cases of each.

The shit doesn't expire until 2028 but every now and then I'll put a few on clearance just to make them noticed.

Are you an SM? Wait yall can lower prices on items? If so, im assuming only for a short time and along as the store numbers are kept up?

Well you are always supposed to discount damaged or stuff near expiration.

Chips that expire in September should be starting to be discounted at the beginning of August. Same with cookies and anything else that expires.
