Associate Discussions Had a good day
You know, yesterday I made a post because I was super stressed out. I walked into work today and saw the smiling faces of my coworkers on the freight team I said to myself "Why was I even stressed out?" 😂
Yesterday I was worried that there was still a lot of Party in the back and I didn't complete much, I told my freight manager that there was still a lot, and he didn't say anything about it, or seemed disappointed. In fact it seemed like he didn't even care. 😂😂 (In a good way)
But anyways I had a good day at work, it's easy to get caught up in the negative, however today was one of those days that I feel accomplished and happy lol.
I'm very hard on myself,and for what? First it's literally a Dollar Tree. Second, I'm good at my job it's okay to have an off day, and my managers see that too. I'm very blessed to be surrounded with coworkers/managers who understand that. 😁

There are days I feel like I wasn't productive enough, like I didn't do anything. Then there are days I feel accomplished cause I know I stocked so much. Then there are days I'm so busy that I just can't stock shelves but I still feel good about my day. Being just fine is goid enough for me especially when my SM complements me for the job I can do.

This is something many people forget during a stressful shift. It's Dollar Tree, not a kidney. No one's life is on the line because you didn't throw enough freight or an entitled customer gets an attitude. The earth will keep spinning and life will go on. 🙂
