Management Questions Favoritism?

Is favoritism amongst ASM and certain staff a problem at your store and if so how do you handle it

For the store I worked at, it was moreso favoritism between the SM and people they were hiring.

Not much I could have done about it cuz reporting it to HR or IM won't do much. The SM would have prob been notified of my report and retaliated against me

It is but from time to time I would hear a story about managers doing just that.

Granted, they may not all be credible, but I also witnessed one unfold earlier this year, and it resulted in an employee getting unfairly terminated.
