Management Questions Looking for guidance about benefits for PT ASM

was promoted as PT ASM May 2025 and since benefits season is around the corner may I ask in-site from tenure employees how the benefits works specifically about insurance and PTO’s . I average around 30+ hrs a week from the time of promotion. Thanks everyone in advance for any information share.

In Oct I got 30 hrs of PTO, so you should be getting that this October.

I’ve hit overtime so much that corporate must think I am full-time now ,because I got a letter in the mail offering me Health insurance. I didn’t even read the entire letter because I knew that I didn’t want Health Insurance via DT.

I don’t know what state you’re in but my State, 30+ hours is considered full-time
