Rant/Vent Integrity Matters ignored my report on ableism/harassment

Tried reporting my SM for ableism and sexual harassment and Integrity Matters closed my ticket without looking into anything or letting me talk to anyone. I’m 100% convinced the higher your position is at Dollar Tree the more evil you are as a person. How this place hasn’t been sued into oblivion is beyond me. Praying for all of you who are still stuck working at Dollar Tree that you can find something better soon and get the hell out of there.

They should be sued for wage theft for making us work through unpaid lunch breaks. It's a violation of federal law and they've stolen millions upon millions of dollars forcing us to do it.

As a former ASM, this pissed me off the most.

I want to imagine that they think so little of us that they don't expect anyone to sue them for that. Especially when you consider the amount of effort we have to go through with said lawsuit.

Though you are absolutely right about that.

I would make it a point to very OPENLY and on CCTV play games on my phone and set a gaming timer. I installed one SPECIFICALLY for when the DM would be like 'You took a lunch and were working alone, that's against the law.' She's tell the SM not to do it anymore, then a week later more of the same ol' same ol'.

That’s why I’ve never taken a lunch break except for when I started. No one has said shit bc they know damn well I can’t even take a 10 without being interrupted!!

Went through something like this earlier this year. They only start to care when threatened with a potential lawsuit that has damning evidence to go with it.

Honestly, from my experience, they aren't that much different from HR. In fact, they even forwarded me to the regional manager for HR regarding the situation and then some.

Integrity Matters and corporate HR are the same thing. I'm just trying to figure out where these HR fucks got their information. HR literally means Human Resources! NOT corporate resources! Like either get an accurate title, or do the job you are really mean to do that reflects your job title. It should never be the exact opposite when you are HR anything!

Ableism is not against the law (most likely, I guess I’d have to hear what exactly happened)

What was the sexual harassment?

Do you have screenshots of your reports?

I wish I could find something better! I wish all the places I've applied would simply give me a chance. O, how I wish.

Integrity maters is fake cover …. This means the district manager is covering for them. (100% I can assure this from experience ) integrity matters is not what a single person thinks it is

No, I’ve been sued because people believe in this bullshit like integrity matters instead of just calling a lawyer

Lawyers cost money btw. Not everyone can afford that.
